1. Service Description

Battle Up is a fun, fast-paced quiz game subscription service full of prizes. Users can showcase their knowledge while playing against opponents, with the goal of collecting as many diamonds as possible to increase their chances of winning amazing prizes.

2. Subscription & Pricing

The subscription cost is RM5.00 per week with automatic renewal, after a 1-day free trial period. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring weekly charge of RM5.00.

3. How to Subscribe

  1. Enter your mobile phone number in the provided field.
  2. You will receive a PIN code via SMS — enter the PIN code to confirm your subscription.
  3. Once your PIN code is verified, your subscription will be activated immediately.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your Battle Up subscription at any time by:

  1. Visiting https://ubattlesup.upp.st and logging in with your Username (Phone Number) and Password (received via SMS during successful subscription), then navigating to your profile and selecting cancellation.
  2. Sending BATAL to 68889 (Charge: RM 0.15).
  3. Emailing my.cs@upstreamsystems.com.
  4. Through the MyUMobile app.

5. Access

To access Battle Up, you must first subscribe. Enter your mobile phone number and follow the registration instructions. Once your subscription is confirmed, your access will be activated immediately and you can start playing.
